We were also very pleased with your patience and quick response to changes we wanted during the project.
Debbie and I are both very picky about any workmanship done on our home. Whenever I discussed any details with the craftsman, it became evident that they had already thought through those details and were ahead of the game.

Just wanted to send you a note to thank-you for all your help with my home improvements. The replacement of all my windows in my home is now the third time you and your crew have done work for me. Once again, I am very pleased. I was always informed of schedules and when the work would be done. I would have to say the biggest things is, I am gone from home an average of 10 hrs a day, the last thing I want to do when I get home is clean anything more then I have to. Your guys do such a good job with cleaning up, I could not even tell they were there other then I had new windows. They need to be commended. You always followed-up with anything that needed taking care of. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend you to anyone I know of needing some type of Home Improvement.

A great big "Thank You" to all of you for the home improvements you did for us this summer. We are very pleased with the job, and impressed by how you all dealt with the changes in plans, power outage, the rainy weather, our electrical system not keeping with your needs, and all the things to work around in our yard. You all take alot of pride in your work and it shows. From our first meeting with you to the final inspection a few weeks ago, we were glad we chose you guys to do the work. We are sorry this took so long to get to you, but Dave's health has been poor and it's been quite hectic around here to say the least. I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the new siding and windows. Our home looks beautiful. I really want to thank your wonderful employees for the very professional job they have done. As you know in the past we have had a bad experience with another local business man.
Your employees are very professional, polite and respectful. I cannot say enough good things about your crew. I was impressed from the start, when they called a day in advance to let me know that they were coming and when they got here the first thing they did was come to the door and introduce themselves. Every morning Ray would come to the door and let me know what to expect for the day, they would tell me what walls would be pounded on so I could remove anything from that inside wall. They all work very well together and that made having them around a real joy (even when Tim was singing). Not once was there a mess left at the end of the day. They took extra care to check for nails inside the daycare fence and worked very well around the children. And when the job was all done they took the time to shake our hands and thank us for giving them our business. They treat your company as if it were their own. You have yourself a great crew and I hope that you let them know that on a regular basis. Thanks again for a job well done!

During the summer of 2000 you were our contractor of choice to install all new windows, doors, and siding for our Atwater, Minnesota home. Each week we talked to you and your crew members to go over the project. During this time, you made this experience very exciting. You were very willing to work with us along the way and give us the benefit of your skills and knowledge. In this business, both Allen and I really appreciated hearing your ideas as the project enfolded.
The projected ended very successfully for both of us. We are truly very pleased with the new "look" of our home. In fact, we are the talk of the town. I can't tell you how many compliments we have received.
